The main question - What all these cash rich companies and individuals will spent they new money on?
World is already awash of capital, and we have everything bubble now.
I bet next move by this administration will be drastic rate increases! This will mean they can starve everybody else from cash, and then swoop in and buy on the cheap.

I agree. I think it's not really a bubble. It might go down a little, but not -30% like it did in 2008-2009. Which means we are all going to pay lots of $$$ to live in desirable areas.
QE benefited people who bought in 2009-2012

This is exactly how people were thinking about housing market back in 2005. It's a bedrock on which US economy is built and blah, blah, blah...
Yes tech is the future - AI, VR, and etc. But most of us are writing web and mobile apps, and lots of those apps are not that useful.
