If you're still developing carousels then you deserve everything you get with Safari. Have fun with that :)
Ok that's fair. From a developer's PoV, Safari is a terrible browser. It's old and buggy and stifles innovation on iOS in the same way ie did on windows.
Safari is a terrible, Apple-like version of WebKit. The last viable windows version of Safari was abandoned 8 years ago, so please nobody use this browser.

Re:How to create image-less cross-browser CSS3 buttons on Monday January 21, 2013 @01:06PM (#5092728)
Nice looking application. I'm not sure that I'd ever have a use for it personally, but it would be nice to give to the designers in the office for when they want to prototype code for a web app.

A few points: - It would be nice to be able to specify padding rather than an explicit width and/or height - It would be nice to be able to save gradient presets (especially if you were creating a series of different buttons for the same app) - Would be nice to be able to specify gradient angle - It might be nice to include some other export options (like PNG etc. - It might also be nice to provide different states for the same button - hover, press etc.

Maybe a win for FB but certainly not for employees who would be on a share vestment plan that's locked to a price that would be (I imagine) higher than $31 - does anyone know the specifics of the employee share plans and the amount of the company that was floated?
Re:A rather curious landing page on Friday April 13, 2012 @03:25PM (#3838433)
Is hiding an input element really more functional than just having an input field appear on the page? The simple fact that it required instruction to use: "Hint: click or drag on the page" (and rather ambiguous instruction too as there are 2 "pages") belies the functional simplification that it seems to present.
