I did something like that.

I registered a new email at a disposable email address and set that as my main email while deleting the rest.

After that I changed some keydata in my profile to things that are incorrect and waved goodbye linkedin.

Is this not polyfillable with some add-on? I am sure I read that somewhere.

What I am missing is why Sony and Ericsson, who jointly develop android based phones, would not partner up with Google and rather partner up with their competition (apple et al).

My suspicion is that SE actually need the patents in order to continue produce devices. Whereas Google can take the money/time they were prepared to invest and clean up the code removing infringing components for the Icecream sandwich release.

I got a devious idea, might be worth testing, basically drink some of the expensive wine beforehand, perhaps while preparing the food for your troubles.
