It's pretty easy to test when it makes coding mistakes as well. It's also really good at "Hey that didn't work, here's my error message."
Presumed guilty until proven innocent?
If this sub is the state of modern science, we are in a lot of trouble.
If heroes are getting things done, it seems like it's possible. Wouldn't it make sense to study how the heroes are operating and try to make that part of the culture?

We need our own AMA.
Cashmere base layer with down jacket over.
Cashmere has always been my choice.
Getting married is a really good way to get new culture in your life. Getting married really helped me move out of the povery mindset I grew up with.
It's hard to beat workflowy in this category. Developer is top notch.
Could the consumption of too many carbohydrates have led to your dad's teeth issues?
Why would this be shocking?
Peptides.
The biggest problem with offshore engineering teams is their dedication to delivering exactly what you ask for. One of the qualities of a good software developer is to take the requirements and interpret what needs to happen then deliver appropriately. Delivering exactly what's written without thinking about the implications is a huge problem and one of the biggest issues I've run into working with offshore teams.
Have you had your kidneys tested? This sounds incredibly similar to kidney disease.
Why does anti-American put you off?

"Tell me about/diagram a system you understand well." Ask follow up probing questions. How well people understand systems and how the pieces fit together is how you'll find untapped potential. It really doesn't matter what the system is.
This is the legacy of Jack Welch. His short-term thinking to bolster stock price has become the new norm. There is a whole generation of CEOs who are following in Jack's failed footsteps.

> In the same way that traumatic experiences can trigger post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or post-traumatic growth (Tedeschi, 1999), we hypothesize that intense periods of psychological crisis can serve to kindle conditions for major, potentially lasting, psychological change, pivotable either towards illness or wellness (Figure 1).

Because they seem to think that saving money offers more value to shareholders than creating additional value. I'm not sure they know how to offer new value.
Re:Google Cuts Jobs in Engineering and Other Divisions on Friday January 12, 2024 @11:28AM (#38970044)
I'm saying that the huge salaries in cushy jobs has disincentivized creativity and pioneering.
Re:Citigroup Plans to Cut 20k Jobs on Friday January 12, 2024 @11:03AM (#38969672)
This generation of CEOs will go into the history books as the worst.
Re:Google Cuts Jobs in Engineering and Other Divisions on Thursday January 11, 2024 @10:10AM (#38953189)
This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion but these huge salaries of the past 5 years have really hurt technology. Instead of the best, hungriest minds working on the best problems in the most agile way, they're languishing in one of these gigantic megacorps working at a molassess pace on some improved way to sell you ads.
Are those PPUs really worth anything?
All of the people who I know who are actual geniuses had early childhood trauma.
