I couldn't read the article. The letters were washed out in the glare.

What did it say?

Re:Anti-Racist Arguments Are Tearing People Apart on Thursday August 20, 2020 @07:53PM (#24230391)
When I was six, I moved from Minnesota to Tennessee.

At one point soon after, I was walking with my brothers and female cousins and said "hey you guys...", which was a common form if addressing multiple people in Minnesota.

One if my cousins, who had probably never heard that idiom before, replied "We're not guys".

Afterwards, I switched to the common southern idiom of "y'all".

I didn't see the data that supports the "50% of crimes" statement.

Can you make it more obvious?

I saw whites are ~70% of arrests, and for violent crime arrests of a juvenile, blacks are 50%, but nothing like blacks commit 50% of crimes.

An article in Ieee's Software taht included a reflection by Constantine on where he was inspired (by reading Notes on...)

I appear to have thrown the article away. But it was 2012+/-5 years.

He missed that Notes on the Synthesis of Form inspired the software design perspectives of coupling and cohesion
