sounds like bad news for their internal engineering team
Re:Adobe to acquire Figma for $20B on Thursday September 15, 2022 @12:20PM (#32854299)
Sad news.

Why don't Adobe just die already?

I wrote a review once about a company (which was a big Glassdoor advertiser), but I said some bad things and they deleted saying it was spam.

I've tried to argue with them to understand why it was considered spam (I posted only once), but they couldn't explain.

So it became really hard for me to consider Glassdoor a trustful source of information.

I'll stick with www.photopea.com
Pathetic as usual, Google...

is this allowed to talk about here?
Re:4chan founder Chris Poole has left Google on Friday April 23, 2021 @05:01PM (#26919161)
What will be left for Google?
Most people agree with that, but only a few will expose themselves saying this.
Re:Starlink is now Accepting General Pre-orders on Wednesday February 17, 2021 @11:52PM (#26175988)
It seems to be available here in Brazil (São Paulo). Interesting, but too expensive for me to try (and I don't think I really need it).
Re:Tim Cook on Privacy [video] on Tuesday February 02, 2021 @07:05PM (#26008873)
I love to see any movement to protect user's privacy.

But I can't believe a company like Apple is only thinking about us users.

I bet something fishy will come from Apple in the near future.

Wow, they don't even try to hide anymore.

I miss the times when people had to deal with problems that really matter.

I'm loving the game, running on PC. Even with the glichtes I find it awesome. And I'll definitely play it again, after the patches.

CDPR choose a terrible year to launch it. Most people is just hating everything in 2020, for any reason.

Re:I launched a paid community in one month on Thursday November 26, 2020 @04:16PM (#25223584)
I appreciate how some people are able to release so much of their ego and write things like "I did this in just X days", or "I'm only 15 and did that".

Not that I'm a genius like them. But sometimes having these ego bursts really helps getting some attention.

Re:Apple Silicon M1: Black Magic Fuckery on Wednesday November 25, 2020 @10:25AM (#25210154)
I got tired of such reviews filled with so much bullshit..

These people forget about Pro users and still sees a laptop as an iPad with keyboard.

Pro users need the machine to -heavy- work, and rely on compatibility (software and hardware). Also, I work 90% of the time on my desk with the power adapter connected. So battery is far below in my priority list.

So far, MKHB was the only decent review I found. I suggest serious users to watch it.

Re:YouTube Down on Wednesday November 11, 2020 @08:27PM (#25065309)
Sometimes I wonder why other big tech companies don't even try to create something to compete with YouTube.

YT have been the only player in the game for far too long.

My life is much better with Firefox. I don't miss Chrome at all.
It seems Google simply abandon some of their products.

Re:Numerical Linear Algebra for Programmers on Friday June 26, 2020 @09:59AM (#23652029)
No way..

After backing and not receiving Punk Mathematics since 2010, I realized paying for something unfinished makes absolutely no sense at all.

I prefer to pay more and get something complete.
