That seems like a pretty unsubstantiated source of an esoteric belief (I would hardly call it a doctrine of that church). If you look back at the actual teachings of Latter Day Saints leaders over the last 40+ years, you'll be hard-pressed to find any evidence that this "White Horse" prophecy is a commonly held doctrine in the church [1].
