Re:Creating a Garmin "MCP"

I've recently done something simliar but for creating strength workouts via Claude.
The web and mobile based workout builder has a terrible UI if your workout changes between sessions so I've lifted some features from an app called liftosaur and got it to send activities to my watch. Unfortunately Garmin don't seem to care very much about strength training, so are missing a lot of pretty key exercises from their list, with no ability to create custom ones

This is a pretty common format called cube.
You can grab a list from somewhere like cube cobra. Buy the cards, or use an online draft tool or print a bunch of proxies and play. Its a fun way to play with cards that are just sitting in bulk boxes and play without having to buy a whole booster box

Absolutely, as much as everyone says eating right, exercising and sleeping well are the answer I totally neglected myself. Boosting cardio and dropping some weight has been an absolute lifechanger

I guess there are a lot of confounding variables in there, having taken up running a few years ago my resting heart rate is very low, and I'm far more aware of it than a non-runner. I suppose folks with a family history of heart problems may take up exercise to try and get ahead of it too.

A tool I currently use, intervals.icu has had to change its product to meet these terms. Its often used for sharing data with coaches or trainers. This change prevents that from happening.

Some kpop groups have released "NFC cd" albums that use nfc and an app to "play the album". They are essentially keychains.
But in the kpop world buying albums is less about listening to the CD and more for the merch/supporting specific artists.

I don't think so no. I've had some artists delete albums i've purchased and then been unable to redownload them.

Having started cycling recently I think people use sound to cross more than you expect. I've had people step into my path multiple times without looking purely because they can't hear me.

I'm a leftie fountain pen user. It definitely can be done, but might need some adjustments to how you hold a pen / what inks you use. I've using a lamy safari with waterman ink for about 10 years with no trouble.

Burning an e-fuse can be bypassed with a softmodded switch.

I did this a few years ago grabbing an ikea vastanby table. Unfortunately it I wouldnt really recommend it, or would at least recommend something else. The size of the top is great, but ergonomically it sucks, its far too high and non adjustable, and the supports for the top get in the way of a good sitting position, will be switching out to a large sit stand desk eventually, hopefully using the same worktop.

A guy in the mechkeys discord posted a clip of his 3D printed mech switches yesterday as well. I believe he is using reed switches instead of a 3d printed leaf but its pretty cool.
