More effective would be to put in place a lengthy blackout period (years) for aviation industry employees before allowing them to join the FAA and vice versa. The point being to significantly degrade the influence and political utility of "revolving door" hires.

This is called brushing and there have been several articles written about it. Scammers create fake accounts for real addresses and then ship fake merchandise to those addresses to get the "verified purchase" for their review.

> 5. How much does arbitration cost?

> If the court orders a case to arbitration (following a stipulation or at the Case Management Conference), and the parties elect to use an arbitrator on the court's Arbitration Panel, the court pays the arbitrator ($150 for up to four hours and a maximum of $300 regardless of the number of arbitration sessions).

> If the parties choose a private arbitrator, they will be required to pay the arbitrator's regular hourly rate and other charges. The market rates for private arbitrators can range from $200-$1,000 per hour.

Does anyone have legal experience and know what the restrictions are to forking of the Mattermost project?

I'm a programmer with experience in backend development and security and would be willing to donate some time to work on developing a stronger community implementation of Mattermost - only I'm not sure what the legally correct way is to go about it. What I'm hoping to find is a FOSS sherpa to help me navigate setting up a new project.
