Roger Penrose has a theory about a cyclical conformal universe, which requires that the universe eventually only contains photons. As photons travel at the speed of light, they do not experience the passage of time, so they also do not experience distance (space). So in the deep remote future, when only photons are left, the difference between the very large and miniscule disappears, and you get all photons in the universe existing at the same point at the same time, which causes a new big bang. At least, that is Penrose's theory. I believe they found some evidence in the CMB supporting it.

Didn't Sharp do this a decade ago with their Aquos line of phones? I have one. Quality is not that great, but it works just fine.

This is accurate in my experience. Changing the res. to anything but 512x512 produces inferior results.

The only moral obligation a citizen has in a free republic is to not violate the rights of fellow citizens. Beyond that, you should be free to live your life as you choose, including being apolitical and ignoring the news. It may not be the smartest position to take for maintaining your freedoms, but it is a morally valid one.

The wallet seed is a list of 12 words, which can be used by any wallet to restablish ownership. But many wallets allow you to export an encrypted backup, protected by a user generated passphrase. In this case, you don't need the seed.
