Re:Go Daddy No Longer Supports SOPA on Friday December 23, 2011 @02:00PM (#3386753)
I don't believe GoDaddy on this, and I certainly wouldn't trust them.
Clean out your ears. We The People are making a statement: corporations with no regard to the rights and liberty of individuals and who buy out politicians are going down.

Simple as that.

Chill. I have no problem with hashtags, and I don't think it's spam. I'm totally okay with it, and I have as much say as you do.

I moved my GoDaddy domains to namespro.ca who have excellent support. The transfer went smooth as butter.

Twitter is easy to mock, but I suggest you compile a list of your favorite thought leaders on twitter, then have the list emailed to you via a service like tweetymail.

Then you'll start to get a glimpse of how potent twitter can be.

Smart investment. Twitter has really changed news and personal broadcasting in ways many of us don't appreciate. And Twitter has some of the smartest people dispersing pearls of wisdom and knowledge like nowhere else.

Again, Twitter is a smart investment - in more ways than just money.

Re:KDE Doesn’t Suck Anymore, People Finally Realize on Monday December 19, 2011 @07:00AM (#3369363)

My fave distro is Kubuntu and I highly recommend it.

Horse getting beaten to death? Where did we come up with such awful sayings? And why do so many I hear have to do with the cruel treatment of animals?
Re:I'm turning 30 and I've produced no amazing art. on Saturday December 17, 2011 @10:04PM (#3365765)
Man, you totally said it. Someone with drive and who understands the "30 Freakout" should register the domain name and create a resource where people can learn about this extremely common condition.

Again, excellent point.

Can someone copy/paste this article? The mobile version is just a big ad that I can't seem to dismiss.

P.S. Quick, before SOPA takes effect.

Change will likely not happen within the current electoral system. Don't get forced into a "lesser of two evils" choice. Think outside the box. Think outside your current broken political system.
I'm stuck on the word "productive". Productive to what ends?
Do Americans feel like their liberty is under attack by their own government? If not, they should, because it's happening.
