CudaText is replacement for NP++. Main disadvantage - Spell Checker plugin is much slower. But many advantages.

If you need a simple text editor without DeltaDB bloat, see CudaText. No so fast drawing speed because it does not use GPU. But drawing speed is not the decision factor for many tasks of text work.

Zed has better drawing speed. But DeltaDB bloat, AI bloat, telemetry, need of modern videocard.

You maybe can rewrite it in Python and make the code the CudaText and/or Sublime Text python plugin. Several of your commands exist as cudatext plugins already: base64, url encoders. JSON formatter exists too in CudaFormatter plugin.

I use the CudaText for big files. It is like open source Sublime.
