Well, I don't see drug abuse and underage alcohol consumption that uncommon and they are banned.

Law doesn't automatically hold, as long as it still require enforcement. Those sort of errors are kind of unavoidable. That is a program requires user input at every step and people do that.

It's not only thousand cases and a few dozen deaths. It's over a thousand cases over a few days of development from over a dozen. Learn your math, dude, especially on exponential growth. That multiply dangerously fast. Besides the confirmed cases, there would be at least few times more suspected cases, which could easily overload a handful of well-equipped hospitals. Once the the number of those infected go well beyond the capacity of the local hospitals. It will be the beginning of a an unstoppable disaster. So again, learn how exponential growth works.

“that even China doesn't trust China on reporting”
Will the federal gov just trust the state gov, especially when the it's a republican president versus a democrat governor? Of course not. That kind of overly abstract wording is what lead to misunderstanding of actual problems.
Re:Wuhan’s Virus and Quarantine Will Hit the Poor Hardest

Almost every change in policy direction will hit the poor hardest because they, by definition, have the fewest available resources to handle that change. That is not the argument to say a policy change should not be made, because without that policy, it will hit us all harder, and by then, the poor will only be left worse off.

Some people seems to be really buying the shit united was selling with CNN. Using a contract seems to be the silver bullet to get the company of everything.
That's just pathetic, as a consumer, if you buy a ticket from United. The thing is between you and the United, no matter how United manage their business, it's completely irrelevant for the consumer.
If we buy a poisoned food, I have no interest in finding who's responsibility it is, I go directly to the person who sells it. It's falls on the United to file lawsuit etc to determine their messy relationships and responsibilities.
Consumers don't need to know that, the case for contract. Period
