Bro, I don't care what this article is trying to sell you. Science is never cheap. It is awesome that these scientist figure out some creative way to cut cost. If everyone is starting to do this on the large scale, the human civilization will stop developing.

40% of US students in the US have no close American friends on campus too. We all went to college. Come one. That is how it is. I wouldn't call the dude saying hi to me everyday the room next door ma friend. They are all just living around me. We all have to pretend to be nice to each other because none of us wants trouble. Sure we do hang out or get drunk at the party. But we are not friends.
The only true friend I got is my college sweet heart.

You may look at the percentages of each ethnic groups studying cs or even STEM before pointing fingers to enterprises. There is no discrimination on choosing majors. And college kids don't go to classes anyway, no matter how racist your professors can be.

Yeah, americans are so exceptional. We can teach the high school drop outs and English majors to run the tech giants. And all the inferior foreign competitors will still be bowing over and witnessing the mighty angels dancing glamorously for their final judgement.

This is a capitalism country. We reward individuals who are rich. What is wrong with rich kids getting into college? This is the bonus they got from creating more economy growth for the society. And to be honest, the 1% income limit is misleading. The real rich people will laugh at the 1% income threshold. With 1% income in nyc, you can't even raise a family in decent life style.

Company goes under water and job security fades away. Thanks for contributing to the open source world. And best of luck to all of those brother and sister engineers.

I have had a md talking straight to my face that he thinks I am lucky to get this job because the people around me all graduated with a phd from Havard, Princeton and Yale. I don't even give a shit.

This is something I simply cannot agree with. People are using ROBOTS.TXT for all kinds of reasons, such as blocking unwanted careless webcrawler or indexing single page application. I mean come on. How can you say something like that just because eliminating ROBOTS.TXT would potentially benefit your business.
