I feel their is a great amount of importance is writing from the nobodies but it's sometimes tougher for people to convey failure.
To read on success is motivational but to read on failure can be psychologically negative and if not conveyed properly by the writer, can Be more difficult to take as much away from.
If written the proper way, including clear lessons or particular anecdotes though it clearly can be very beneficial.

I use something similar called Smart Host (http://www.smarthost.me). They told me they are supporting about 10 cities right now. It’s not automatic like Beyond, but they give me a bunch of context around their recommendation.

It's incredible to think how such a massive amount of homes (60,000) can all just go under like this. Detroit also has property taxes twice as high as the US average. Why not lower this tax to try to lure real estate tycoons to take advantage of some of the opportunity here
