How is this a hacker new?
How is this a `Hacker` new?
The title is quite biased, it's telling us what to think even before we read the article
Re:TypeScript 7 on Wednesday July 08, 2026 @02:53PM (#48835893)
For the average developer, does this mean we can simply ugprade to typescriptn 7 and start enjoying the improvements?
what a coincidence, all they want to do is report negatively on anything that Tesla touches, I've grown skeptical on all these sort of reports, most likely other refineries have similar or worse track records, but that doesn't fit the narrative right?
Re:Introduction to Atom on Sunday May 03, 2026 @07:10PM (#48002588)

I think there are some professions where Unions make sense, like for Pilots and Teachers, as a 30 years of experience teacher can be replaced with a 2 years of experience teacher, so we need unions to protect the experienced Teacher or Pilot, but when it comes to what MTG Arena does, I dont see much value on the union existing, perhaps someone can provide some valuable insight
can you tell how the headline is crafted to make feel the aquisition is a bad thing?

I suspect Hetzner has the latest CPU generation and AWS is giving you something they bought 10+ years ago, so it wouldn't be a fair comparisson unless he selects something that guarantees the CPU generation

Re:Synadia Response to CNCF on Friday April 25, 2025 @06:00PM (#43798933)
This is the sad reality of Open Source, in principle it is a great and noble idea, however you quickly find out that most of your "community" is users demanding fixes and features while contributing nothing, and then there's the enterprise, taking your product and making money out of it but giving you nothing in return.
I think it's pretty cool you can start generating games this way
sight another mainstream article pointing how Tesla will fail, they've been against him since 2017 even before he was somebody, now his track record is undeniable and still they are painting this cynical picture. I'm tired of mainstream media.

Re:ScyllaDB no longer open source on Wednesday December 25, 2024 @05:45PM (#42511706)
You don't need to look at the source code of Oracle to know it's the best RDBMS
Re:ScyllaDB no longer open source on Wednesday December 25, 2024 @05:44PM (#42511699)
This is happening because no one appreciates the freedom of open source enough to pay for it, the larger projects have a company behind them and need revenue to stay afloat.
Why are stupid people allowed to post comments?
