I'm very truly a jack of all trades having done many different roles. Right now I'm looking for technical PM or design roles, but am open to other opportunities. I've worked on developer tools for much of my career, so I'm extremely comfortable working closely with engineers. That includes time working on .NET SDKs and Visual Studio while at Microsoft, as well as doing design work for DevOps tools.
Right now my preference would probably be for teams working on dev tools, but I'm also somewhat familiar with the veterinary industry and would be interested in doing something there. Remote roles only with the exception of roles local to Philadelphia or at companies based in New York where I can make an occasional trip up. I'm a US citizen but have also recently acquired Italian citizenship and am interested in working for an EU-based company, if remote hires are possible.
Technologies: Laravel, PHP, Inertia, TypeScript, Shadcn, Tailwind, Linux, Postgres, React, Node.js, other third party services
About me: I'm based in Philadelphia and have previously been at a couple YC startups and spent a few years at Microsoft doing both product (PM + design) and development work, mostly on developer tools.
I'm currently building a platform that addresses what I believe to be some of the major issues that both job seekers and employers face in the current market. I don't think the solution is particularly novel, but I have some level of validation for the approach. For full disclosure, there's no use of AI in the product itself.
At this point I'm looking for someone to work with who's more skilled than I am to get this to a true v1 state. The project is currently built using Laravel + Inertia (using React) which I've found to provide a nice solo dev experience. Also, despite working in design, I'm much more focused on user experiences rather than the colors or branding, so I'd be interested in working with an expert in that area as well.
If you're interested, I'm happy to walk you through the project and what I'm trying to accomplish, then learn about what you're looking for and figure out where we might go from there if there's mutual interest.
Remote work is fine, although it'd be great if you're in the general Philly/NJ/NY area to possibly meet in person.

I have a 12+ years of experience in a number of different roles, primarily working on dev tools. In recent years I've been working in design and research in the DevOps space; prior to that I spent several years at Microsoft working on .NET MAUI/Visual Studio as a PM with a very varied set of responsibilities.
I'm currently working on my own project(s) after a layoff, but I'm passively keeping an eye out for the right fit for my background.

I'm a product designer based in Philadelphia a background working on developer tools. Most recently I was the lead designer for Continuous Deployment-as-a-Service at Armory (W17), a platform for accelerating deployments using Kubernetes. I also spent several years as a PM at Microsoft working on .NET MAUI and Visual Studio, where I grew my interest in design.
I'm primarily looking for full-time product design roles, but am open to alternative opportunities where I can apply my experience. I've been spending time getting back into new modern web tooling (such as PHP/Laravel) in order to grow my skillset.
