Loneliness is not a phase.
This is America. Don't catch you slippin up.
I became committed to running at age 40. I'm 56 now and running is still a large part of my life. Exercise helps improve my mood, gives me time to just focus on myself, has helped my self esteem as I've improved and taken on longer distances, has given me some sense of community among other runners.

See Alan Greenspan's entire tenure as Fed Chair.

Re:Memories: First exposure to computers on Wednesday December 07, 2022 @03:03PM (#33899461)
My first computer was a TI-99/4. In 1980, I have no idea where my parents got the $$ for it. I'm 56 years old now and have supported myself and my family by programming for nearly 25 years.

Neal Stephenson nods in approval.
I think Scott Galloway is right, Elon doesn't add value, just volatility.
Agreed. It's just another example of his incessant market manipulation.

I hope they changed direction periodically. Running curves put different stress on the outside/inside legs. It's good to reverse the direction and balance out those stresses.

Someone please convince me we all aren't completely fscked. No, really. Please convince me. I'm 55 and envision living out my last decades with clogged lungs and and brain full of rotted toys.
What we learned is that Facebook knows it's platform is a huge conduit for spreading lies and disinformation and FB chooses to do nothing about that while raking in dump truck loads of cash.
