I've used the diluted povidon-iodine solution (Betadine) with great success for myself. Not as a spray but as a gargle and nasal rinse with a neti pot. This was during the delta wave and I had a sore throat and 39.5C fever. The rinsing pricked in a good way for a few minutes and then subsided, at which point all viruses seem to be quite dead. Next morning I was completely better.

I do this for the the flu as well. It starts in the nose and throat and if treated early it won't make it's way down into the lungs.

The purpose of a false flag is to drive a certain narrative, so it's always accompanied by incessant media coverage. That is not the case here, the attack is likely for genuine tactical purposes.

I've read a debunking of that as well, which was basically that the study uses poisonously high levels of HCQ (much higher than normal or required), and that it uses no zinc. Zinc is the actual virus killer, HCQ just lets in into the cell (it's a zinc ionophore).

How should I interpret for example the data from Israel? Highly vaccinated country with both cases and deaths peaking:

If it's true that vaccines blunt the symptoms of infection, and that breakthrough cases still are as contagious as without vaccine (same viral load), then there could be more asymptomatic spreading by people who are not aware that they are contagious.

I don't think it's that symmetric. Generally it's the faction that holds the power that doesn't want to consider anything other than its own perspective. The lower factions understand the perspectives of the others perfectly well.
