What’s missing - the cost of armoring and weaponizing logistics. Maybe easier to invent a new “startup” logistics than replace the old - especially when he talks about a new autonomous delivery in kill zones.

1. management put up roadblocks for authorization to improve quality - keeping bad code longer
2. management rushed through bad code, more tech debt to fix later
i think this relates to joseph tainter's collapse complex civilizations declining marginal returns

help me imagine using flynn in production - these seeem like deal breakers
upgrade flynn requires back up and restore
backups are full backups only no incremental
recommended filesystem is s3 azure or google since
postgres is not reliable
