The very first cars required to have a person walking in front of it with waving a flag as a warning.
Re:Markdown in /src on Wednesday September 23, 2026 @03:25AM (#49812758)
I wonder how would this work in an international dev teams. While code is always the common language (including the UML), markdown requires you to have really good english writing skills. This can get messy really fast.

If you need to ask this question, that means there is no difference for you. Just choose one and commit.
So it's not reproducible.

That's weird I just asked fable to build airbnb app clone and it didn't do a good job. Am I using the wrong model?

Re:Some more things about Django I've been enjoying on Sunday July 26, 2026 @10:57AM (#49058814)
The migration is fairly simple and well documented.

The problem may be the lack of jinja support for 3rd party django apps (mostly legacy). So make sure they support it first.

That's the whole beauty of frameworks and languages. Some of them just "click" with you. At the end of the day we can all build what we need.
Re:Never Enough on Wednesday July 22, 2026 @08:44AM (#49005902)
You shouldn't be surprised if you consider this simple fact:

We listen to tech bros trying to shape a distopian future, who spent more time with their computer then with their familly and friends.

Someone needs to look at https://htmx.ceo/. They're definately overpaid. Some of them can even afford an iphone mini.
Usual dumbass argument I see everytime:

"Well, there was already useless apps, so why not use agents to make those useless apps".

Great times ahead lads..

Is it compatible with Apple cloth though?
Re:Why Write Code in 2026 on Sunday July 12, 2026 @02:49AM (#48878949)
Do ppl think that programmers just write code from sratch each time..?!

Even without AI I barely write code. 95% of time are spend setting up integrations, configs, copying & adjusting code from previous projects.

What's the only thing worse than 1 HR Rep?
Re:Evolving Webflow for the Agentic Web on Wednesday May 27, 2026 @12:09PM (#48296370)
tl;dr

We've raised a lot of money and VC's are pushing for exit. It's now or never. Rebrand, slap on agentic AI and pray to google gods for a quick buyout.

google literaly makes the rules for SEO and discoverability and penalise you for not following them. Hense all websites end up with slop content now.
Cloude Code has cascading rules for md files.

You can include project/team based md files in your repo and exclude env/system md files (eg from you home directory, which includes your personal coding instructions).

So yeah.. nothingburger.

Re:Show HN: European Tech News in 6 Languages on Friday November 14, 2025 @01:21PM (#45929944)
What's the point?, its gonna turn into another slop of "we use AI to.." type of startup updates (but with less valuation, because it's EU)
Re:How the AI bubble ate Y Combinator on Tuesday September 30, 2025 @11:54AM (#45427114)
Every consulting business was adding "blockchain" expertiese on their homepage. Now it's replaced by AI. What's next..
Re: on Sunday August 31, 2025 @11:10AM (#45083767)
Just use "coding", then let's reserve the word "programming" for Linus.
I feel like it doesn't matter at this point as long as MS valuation goes up it's all worth the costs. We're living in the VC economy :D
I bet most of the prosecution time was spent "explaining" the meaning of autopilot to the jury. Easy money.
