Another good exercise is to juggle 3 balls in the usual fashion (cascade) and make a decision to go directly into juggling 2-in-one-hand and hold the other ball steady. Then resume your cascade and try it again, but this time, use the other hand to juggle 2.
These exercises are fun and give you a sense of accomplishment in and of themselves, but they also really help lay the groundwork for a solid four ball pattern.
When finally learning to juggle 4, some people prefer a synchronous columns(1) pattern or an asynchronous fountain(2) pattern. For the best results, try each until you forget which one you ever had a preference for in the first place.

The International Juggler's Association (IJA) has indeed hosted "extreme juggling" since 2006 or so. However, its description indicates it is not strictly an event where the goal is to juggle as many numbers as possible.
> Technical juggling skill has reached an all time high, but the most difficult (and most radical) tricks aren’t performed on stage. What if there was a place to show off these cutting edge tricks? This is a competition where jugglers on the cutting edge can shine.

A google search for "ija extreme juggling" yields lots of entertaining results.
> The hard reality of every juggler is just: Do a few simple three ball tricks and people will get excited, show them your five ball routine they will fall asleep.
I believe others have mentioned this already but there is a lot of daylight between "doing juggling moves" and "doing juggling moves while being simultaneously entertaining". A little showmanship goes a long way, in other words.
As I read this I'm sipping clean, drinkable water.
Give it a decade or so. If you thought the wars over oil were bad, wait till you see the wars over water.

Results: As of now, it can only solve some linear equations. It did successfully solve one quadratic but it couldn't decide if the variable was r or e (the variable was x). It was largely unable to solve handwritten problems, even simple arithmetic.

A few comments are below. My motivation behind the comments is based on how students who are new to LaTeX tend to misuse or not fully recognize the full power of LaTeX. I realize that this may not be the target audience of your project and so if any of my comments are not appropriate, please disregard them.
* Mention that \( .. \) is the same as $...$ and \[ ... \] is the same as $$...$$ and that each will slightly alter the appearance of limits, integrals, and sums. TO put it another way, make clear the difference between display math vs. inline math.
* Rename Brackets "Stretchy brackets"? (Presently you have \left( x \right) which, to a new user is no different than simply writing (x).)
* Powers and Indices should mention that x_{...} is only required if more than one character is being used as a sub/superscript.
* Under matrices, there is no need for the left and right delimters. There are three commonly used environments: bmatrix, pmatrix, and vmatrix for matrices enclosed by brackets, parenthesis and vertical bars. More types are listed here: http://www.sascha-frank.com/Faq/matrices.html
* The inclusion of an aligned equations template is wonderful.
* The table template would be better if it followed the style guides suggested here: http://tug.org/pracjourn/2007-1/mori/
* Double and triple integrals without bounds can be written as \iint and \iiint respectively. (no need for a series of \! between individual \int).
* It would be nice to toggle the collapse/expansion of a menu by clicking it. Presently clicking it allows me to expand and the only way to collapse is to click on another.
* Throw \LaTeX\ in there somewhere. It's not necessary, but would be nice to have.
Thank you for creating this, I am sure it will be very helpful for my students!
As for the variations in the sleep cycles, I think it would have to do with the length of time between REM cycles in individuals. I'm sure there's individual variance in both the length of the cycles and how many cycles are needed for "A good night's sleep".
In my personal experience I've known people who require 3 to 4 hrs/night, and others (myself included) who need between 8 and 9. During times when I'm feeling my absolute best, physically and mentally, I get about 2 hours of rigorous exercise, 8 to 10 hours of productive work, and roughly 8 hours of sleep a day with the rest of the time filled in by preparing and eating food, taking short breaks, hobbies, relaxing, etc.
Wild hypothesis: Most people would agree that the amount of sleep they require to "feel and do their best" (assuming ideal exercise, diet, etc.) falls within a normal distribution with mean 7 hours and standard deviation of +/- 3 hours.

How did you afford this, financially? What was the before/during/after story of how you organized life to do this?
Suddenly up and leaving my job and financial obligations (of which I have few), for a period of a year or two and then resuming where I'd left off does not seem even remotely feasible.

The top 5 have sharp spikes in Nov / Dec 2012. Here is some analysis of the Texas Secession Petition: http://www.unc.edu/~ncaren/secessionists/daybyday.html and
Include experienced professional educators in on the creation and updating of NCLB, RTTT, or any policy aimed at education.
> Would you eleminate all elected officials from education policy, such as local boards of education?
No.
> Who would determine what qualifies as an "experienced, professional educator"?
Similar to what happens within the law, medical,or any other professional community -- a team of professional, accomplished people within the specific field would set the bar and determines who qualifies.
I consider myself a professional educator, so I will treat this statement as if you were aiming it directly at me.
I'm not yet 10 years into my career, but I daresay I have a solid understanding of what facilitates effective learning among my students. I can quickly, accurately, and individually asses and guide my students on a path which best suits their needs.
There is nothing a standardized test in my subject area can tell me about my class that I don't already know, and there is much that a standardized test will not reveal about the individuals within my class that I and my colleagues already know.
I would like to see my students freed from wasting their valuable time preparing for absurd tests which do not serve them in any useful or meaningful fashion. My admins know how my students are doing because they receive reports directly from me. They know my word is good because I am a professional.
The implementation of my wish to eliminate meaningless standardized testing and have more control over my curriculum would not earn me one more cent than I currently make. (I make less than 45k / year and I'm 6 years into it with a masters degree.)
I love my work and seeing my students succeed is why I do it.
Overwork, bureaucracy, an anti-teacher and anti-intellect culture to name a few.
> What are some of the policies that you expect would look different if your suggestion were implemented?
NCLB and RTTT would be eliminated. Equity of access to schooling which facilitates critical thinking would be made a paramount goal. Long story short -- educators would try to shape our system to model Finland's philosophies.
Allow experienced professional educators to shape education policy.
For what it's worth, I created a series of short tutorial videos for my online students in AP & College level math and they are up and running just fine after one or two attempts at a homework set. https://sites.google.com/a/ctyonline.net/jdinoto/home/type The transition to more complex and lengthy documents tends to be much smoother this way.
