you're talking about human medical trials. that's a very low percentage of research
you are half correct, but welcome to the downvote brigade of people going against the hive mind.

both antifa (term from the 30s and reused in Europe when neonazis showed up in the 90s) and BLM were term widely abused (and maybe even introduced) by the Russian troll army in the wake of US social movements after Occupy.

https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?date=all&geo=US&q=%...

antifa is a term that only serves fascists.

fascists do not call themselves that since the 40s.

calling the normal of not being fascists antifa is only enabling easier critic amd blaming of something that could not be criticized or blamed.

the term antifa only benefit fascists. who can now easily direct blame and critic to their critics, as shown in the article (which is not the first and hardly the last)

nitpick: font sprite editor.

the fact that nix exists, only tells me that containers have failed completely.

the original linux containers demo was about running binnaries with different kernels and libs. today containers are a way to consume aws products.

we can't coordinate basic health care communication on an emergency. Let's hope someone finds a way to place Advertising on those big magnets in case we came to need them.

if the research was published published ongoing, like open source software, it would not be aproblem.

the problem only exists because people want to 1) hold data hostage for money and power 2) only publish success.

one have to wonder, if users are already doing all the work to flag and make noise to restore the false positives, what value the centralizers of information even add?

the case for p2p is stronger than ever now that bandwidth is cheaper. downloading a torrent from other users is faster than pressing play on youTube, when you account the time wasted with advertising.

see this is what i mean.

every kernel has pros and cons. all of them are wonderful until you hit a con.

keep in mind that the tweaks app was a very voiced project against the gnome team. it kept fixing what they broke. it was mostly a f* you message ...that everyone must use daily, which say a lot about the message.
people who sells self driving tech finds more people who say they trust it more.
want to bet this will be a huge sum to some five companies instead of smaller loans?
that's the main problem with suse, rh, Ubuntu, ibm etc contributing to linux. they pay designers doing a job on their macbooks or windows. Ubuntu went as far as forking the WM and suse for the longest time looked like every application was a windows installation wizard.

vegetarian meat (usualy from industrial satay, made with dissolved soy in whatever chemical bath) is what drives me away from pretty much every vegetarian/vegan place.

this is why opensource that is just a cargo cult to copying even the bad decisions of commercial software harms more than help.

id be fine tasting a nice indian meal made with vegetables. but instead I get gnome changing the side of the window close buttons (while at the same time removing the options dialog to change it back) just because the designer du jour liked copying osx instead of windows. it's fake-meat all over again.

seems like a guerrilla marketing campaign to make researchers know sandbox is broken but they are still shopping for persistence.

every six months I try to install linux on my surface sans-number (between 5 and 6 I guess), find bogus linux kernel, try it out, regret imensely. go back to crapy-but-still-better-than-osx windows 10. then six+ months passes, I somehow forget about all this and repeat.

surface tablets would be a killer machine if I could dual boot linux on it for serious work.

the article refute your argument by bringing up the success of neo con politicized games promoting wars by a global police.

there's a famous rx8 converted with a acura(?) motor. I only recall it was yellow and had a Pikachu stiker :) but it was well documented
even if you account the unofficial inflation, name one single country that had similar (or even close) to the US ratio of printed money to total economy, since the the 1970s. after 2008 was just the cherry on top.

that's how long KDE prejudice is going on (and how long gnome is still missing old functionality ;)

today. after gnome rewrote the whole thing under "new management"
> cash: eaten by inflation.

americans haven't had real inflation since the military backed greenback. it will be very interesting to see how much that outdated system can hold after being stretched so much by the feds (fed and federal govt).

the article only says hydrolase. which means using water to break bonds. breaking bonds in plastic gives you smaller plastic.
I can point out you're mistaken simply by saying "frequency".

it's power that kills. you can make a death ray with light, vhf, whatever, given enough power, which decay geometrically. most of the dead birds are on antennas without cover, where the birds would perch up and get fried. thousands of dead birds every day on top of builds is the sole reason all microwave antennas have that white half-cone cover on them.

we live in the age of devOps. there's no such thing as sysadmin, or god forbid, DBAs.

"it's all fun and games until somebody lose an eye"

in city telecom microwave antennas on top of buildings already kill thousands of bird every day.

maintenance checklist start with "clean the dead birds from base of antenna"
