A modified version of a wire wrapping gun might work: https://uk.farnell.com/metcal/g200-r3278/wire-wrap-tool-manu...

Re:Paper cycling helmet wins James Dyson Award on Thursday November 17, 2016 @11:14AM (#12978693)
Wearing a helmet can be demonstrated to be more effective in terms of number of lives saved by being worn by pedestrians and motorists, rather than cyclists. Are you saying that we should all wear helmets when out in public?
Re:Nixie – Wearable camera that can fly [video] on Monday October 13, 2014 @12:51PM (#8449447)
See some huge design issues with this

Drones are not that safe unmanned yet.

Something this small will never deal with wind.

The flexible spars that form the bracelet need to be rigid to reliably transfer force from the rotors to the frame.

Battery life will be terrible

Do you know if any teams will be doing the same this year? Would love to watch.

Re:Magic Roundabout on Thursday December 13, 2012 @11:12AM (#4916292)
We have a similar roundabout in Colchester where your driving instructor would take you if you were being cocky. It is actually incredibly easy to use if you treat it as a load of mini roundabouts.
I had fantasised about this since I was about 10 years old and today it has been realised.
Do I predict this sparking a restriction in data availability in the API?
Re:Cute riddle: Four kids holding one toy balloon on Monday October 29, 2012 @09:37AM (#4712162)
Tie a knot in the thread to the balloon, then trap this knot in the middle of a gap between two twisted threads, the ends of these held by the children.
Re:Attention Disorder or Not, Pills to Help in School on Tuesday October 09, 2012 @02:55AM (#4630330)
What attention is being paid to the potential long term effect of these stimulants on the serotonergic & dopaminergic systems of these young people's brains? Prescribing such powerful neurotoxins to young people who's brains are still very much in a developmental stage seems risky to say the least.
Re:Tell HN: Don't waste your money on a Raspberry Pi on Wednesday February 29, 2012 @08:55AM (#3647766)
If we could just make numbers cheaper teaching kids maths would become easier too.
