The money allocated to USAID is more accounted for than other departments of the US Government. Probably DoD.
Trump cancelled funding to USAID PREDICT, and then they were understaffed and then the COVID hoax occurred and I think we'd prefer to just hide that under the rug.
FWICS trans-better-than-gay Trump couldn't handle the gay director of USAID.
USAID was providing humanitarian aid to Gaza while Kushner-Trump-Likud was providing military aid to support the killing without due process in other peoples' lands. It looks like they resolved paying for both lawless killing and aid by cancelling the aid program to graft themselves to more debt and a lower approval rating.
