- Shipped a RAG customer-service agent for an online seller: 8.4k Q&A pairs distilled from ~70k real chats, two fail-safe confidence gates, shadow mode first, then a whitelisted rollout; 1,467+ replies sent automatically to real buyers. Made the chat channel run unattended (no official API, session expired ~every 24h).
- Open source tools for AI coding agents: myanyagent (short-lived, repo-scoped GitHub App tokens) and crawl4ai-mcp (scraping MCP server that escalates from HTTP to headless browsers only when needed).
