Could you look into possibly switching to Adyen or an NMI gateway?
Nice tool, but I don’t want to pay a subscription to use it. I appreciate the Lifetime license, but it’s far too expensive. I’ll pass. I wish you the best on this, though!
Oh good, I can’t “rm -rf /“
This is a really great idea, and something I may find myself often needing. However, having to create an account, or when not wanting to take that route, having to sign up for a free trial makes this a no-go for me.

I’m looking forward to trying this, and Supabase, out!
Glad it’s working again! Sorry my comment seemed so dry; I had a laughing emoji at the end and it was better formatted, but that all got stripped out.

Very reassuring
My wife and I, along with our two girls, recently moved out of my MIL’s and into a building that serves as our home and my business (we do computer repair). During a wellness checkup, my youngest had to do a lead test because of the age of our new home (built in 1931), and they discovered she had lead in her system.
At the time it was at level 14, so they recommended we do some tests, and try to do our best to keep her away from any chipped paint. It was another four months until she was checked again, and we thought we had done so much better, but her level was up to 22. The health department had to come investigate.
Needless to say, our new home is covered in lead, and given our financial situation, this being my source of income and our home, we’re in a peculiar situation. We’ve got a lot of surfaces to treat, and her levels will take some time to go down. The building owner never informed us, and by law they’re not responsible for fixing any of it, but even so we’re not holding it against them.
I wonder if our senses prefer to smell the good and ignore the bad and that’s why the odor-blocking aroma chemicals work so well?
I’m really hoping Home and the HomeKit system get some much-needed TLC, but I’m not holding my breath…
I agree! I may use Sass if I were to write functions to generate grids, or element permutations based on a color palette, but at this point I don’t feel it’s all that needed.
> I always wonder at how criminals that otherwise might seem movie-like masterminds are caught as a result of mundane mistakes and outright stupid moves like this.
I always think of this very thing. BTK, for example, was caught because of metadata found in a Word document he mailed into the police on a floppy disk.
Not true. I use Docker every day on my Mac mini M1. Now Dropbox, on the other hand, barely does… it brings my Mac to a crawl.
I just went through a bunch of random cities on Apple’s Weather app to double check, and found an instance where 69° is indeed shown:

Keep glass repair shops on speed dial. You’ll break a windshield or two during the season if you encounter hail.
Stay near your car in case the storm changes directions. Tornados in the US typically go NE to NNE, but are very unpredictable and chasers have lost their lives because they have gone in abnormal directions in a heartbeat.
If you directly in the path of the storm and had to take shelter, especially with others: In the event of destroyed property and potential injury or fatality, call emergency services first and then try to help out.
Keep a lot of snacks handy because you’ll be driving a bunch.
I’m certainly interested! I’ve been looking through the source to see where it all ties in.
So, say I were to attempt to swap out React for Vue 3, how difficult would it be? How tightly coupled is React?
This comes as no surprise. I mean, this is the same company who thinks adding little booths into their warehouses to try and improve mental health will benefit these overworked employees. They look like those suicide booths in Futurama.
Is it too much to ask for them not to treat their employees like slaves? Is it too much to ask for an eight hour work day? Actual bathroom breaks (I read their forklift drivers pee in bottles because they aren’t allowed to take appropriate bathroom breaks). All while paying them what they’re actually worth, given the work they’re doing and the level of stress Amazon puts them under?
I am one of those people. Not only can I not stand hearing people chew their food, I get irritated hearing people swallow.
I’m more of a porter and stout fan, but I’ll give a good IPA a try.
This is why we can’t have nice things.
As someone who lives in the mosquito-infested South, I’m very skeptical about this. I don’t like the idea of there being MORE mosquitoes, especially after all of the effort we take to get rid of them.
Right? I was thinking, “What does the DSM, a medical manual, have to do with hard drives?”
I’m not vegan myself, but if the environmental costs of harvesting milk and honey can be offset by producing them in a lab and the products are safe and cost-effective then I’m all for it.
