Even my corp doesn't have Ubuntu Pro, I still have no clue why they use.
> I want a LTS distro not a testing one.
You either want to have the new stuff or LTS. You can't have both.
Maybe in some country like US there might be, bet the rest of the world? None
Our company doesn't integrate API at all. And we have claude code (obviously with API rates).
There is no such thing as enteprise sub. You get API pricing, you can use whatever tool that uses http/https.
Most claude code users, minority can still use subscriptions.
All the programmers that work in companies with > 150 employees are forced into API pricing.
You could decide where most work.
Nitpicking, but I had to chekc if they introduced it - there is no Luna 6.1, there is Luna 6.
Why? He clearly explained it, rules prohibited resource exhaustion literally, which is funny because it prohibited to do the exploit it was asked.
It was also quite long operating, one of the longest continuous - seven centuries. It started in 13th century and finished in 1996.
Yeah, each agent stumbled upon this. While one of those CVS IS memory exhaustion.
So again only for US?
Maybe they should use Opus/Fable to findout how to release to the world?
Well yeah, but those are mostly shops or contractors like plumbers (I'm not sure how farmers in US are handled, maybe also as business?).
The actual question is: do many programmers work in businesses that have < 150 people?
Why they didn't test on high? (and also other levels for that matter, but high looks like the most obvious one because xhigh is to costly and doesn't give much benefit)
> when Poland attacked the Soviet Union in the 1920s
That is disputed, there are sources that say that (mostly Russian based) and others that say it was the Soviets marching West to conquer Europe.
Isn't any personal data a PII? You just need a couple of personal o enable t identify individual. And if this is in an org then amount of individuals is quite small, so sometimes it needs just one personal detail.
Are there mamy organizations that have subscriptions? Anything above 150 people is forced into API pricing.
I loved sc1 (and SC2)
Do you plan on comparing harnesses also?
Playing in pi, opencode Vs the original harnesses?
This looks fun.
Unfortunately the price when including shipping and taxes is fro me 455 EUR, which is twice my budged :(
Is there something one could try out with not crazy costs?
E.g. for $250? I've got some rpi 4 (and rpi zero w) laying around waiting to be used if that helps.
Seeing prices like 5k EUR is a bit too much for a hobby.
So why cloudflare buys them? Just to do the MS thing?
They want to get on the Luna market.
If there was no Luna you would see only the >100k pricing, but because we have Luna, they had to lower price for something.
As do others, they had to because CDN is not that good source of income nowadays, so most went into other offerings that are more profitable.
As I wrote, Cloudflare excel at marketing. And offers to consumers (as opposed to B2B).
There are other CNDs, and Cloudflare isn't event the largest one, it has best marketing and free solutions.
It is not a fetish, some people like this and others like that.
I like CLI more than TUI, and TUI more than GUI where appropriate. For working with text TUI is better, for e.g. images GUI (GIMP).
Why use some GUI when there is a TUI?
MCP is only for agents, bash (and CLI) is for agents and people.
Now it is http, but previously it was some kind of binary protocol. And it was ... statefull, which is mind blowing, why would it be in the first place.
Nowadays they moved to http and stateless.
