Tell a bunch of people that you're launching on Sunday and have them all come over for a "pitch" session.

Just coding is easy to give up when you're tired or "need a break". Embarrassing yourself in front of friends and family is enough incentive to get over the hump and keep going.

Just one of the challenges that forces people to get creative. Yes, planning ahead does help, but sometimes you just have to power through and work with what you have...or pull your hair out and finally get that 5 minutes of sleep you haven't had for a while.

I just wonder how the refresh rate of an eInk display would affect the writing experience...is it going to refresh on every pen stroke or is there a creative solution to that problem that I'm not thinking of?

Just get on the bus and take it for a ride to Austin then - the bus is one of the most intense hack events anywhere.

I'd love to come up for the week (from SF) because Jed still owes me a drink from SXSW!
