I've noticed more girls are being named Parker these days. My 1yo son is named Parker. He's holding the line.

in product I'm always thinking about reducing friction, but this is helpful to encourage me to think about it more as a tool. Product: reduce friction to get more people to use a feature. Sales: add friction to get more qualified leads.

Usually when I'm in a crappy situation, I try to pretend my best friend is in that situation, and I'll give him advice. Often helps me come up with good ideas and kinda strips away all the bs and excuses I'm telling myself. That being said, the more deeply held the excuses and bs are, the harder it is to actually do this.
