At least in Chile, we say "juego tenis", or maybe "juego al tenis" ('al' being the contraction of 'a' and 'el', i.e. 'to the'), but not "juego el tenis" (that sounds weird)

But the "rule" you mention has at least one exception: death is clearly not a temporary condition, but a dead person "está muerta" y no "es muerta"

FF is your "first last name" and FM is your "second last name".

FF is your father first last name (his FF).

And FM is your mothers first last name (hers FF).

The FF FM order was how it used to be (at least in Chile). Now, when the first kid of a given couple is born, that couple choose the order (FF FM or FM FF). In any case, is always the first last name of the parents, and the chosen order must be used for all kids in common between them.

Native speaker of Spanish here (from Spain, living in Chile). “Ll” is sorted as two independent letters, same as “Ch”.

Until 2010, the Real Academia Española (along the other Academias, of the various countries that speak spanish), considered both “Ll” and “Ch” distinct letters of the alphabet, and they were sorted accordingly [0][1][2].
