Thank you, that's very appreciated!
Non-native speaker here.
I always assumed Fed has something to do with FBI or the Federal Bank.
Please, can someone explain me what Fed means in this context?
Thank you in advance
If you don't mind the local police coming by you are probably fine.
Sarcasm aside, I guess you are talking about Java|Jakarta Server Pages, I think those are deprecated, so I recommend against using this in new projects. However, no one is really going to stop you, but keep in mind that deprecated almost always means 'not going to be around many years from now', so that depends on the time frame of your project.
I had a quite similar setup ~2 years ago. I purchased a basic version of Synergy [1], which lets you connect your keyboard and mouse to only one PC an still use it on both. There is such a low latency that I could play FPS on my Windows machine, while keyboard and mouse were attached to my Linux machine. The setup was quite bearable at that point, so I won't consider this a problem.
Base version costs around 30 bucks, I don't know if there is a free alternative though.
Disclaimer: I am in no way affillated with Symless or Synergy. I'm just a user.

Well, DOS is very old and incomparable to modern systems in regard of comfort and program availability. Therefore Microsoft has little value from it.
On the other hand, Windows has lots of value. Because even when most private customers get recent versions as free upgrades, the corporate site looks very different. Just think about different server versions of Windows, which most possibly share huge parts with the Windows 10 kernel. They cost real money + user access licenses.
Therefore - although I hope you are right - I don't believe that Windows will get open sourced anytime soon. I like the idea very much, but I'm trying to be realistic about this.
If given the chance, I believe I'd diversify the money. Depending on my intentions (e.g. more interest in high outcome vs more interest in supporting technology) I'd go for a middle way. Today I'd buy GOOG and TSLA. If possible at the time I'd also invest in SpaceX because I really like their efforts. TSLA is more of a I-believe-in-this-tech thing while GOOG ist both the believe in their tech (especially since Alphabet owns SpaceX in part) and the desire to earn something out of the investment. Depending on my own financial needs I would go an split exactly in half or not.
Well in no way I consider myself "master", but my progress is 10 years ongoing. I am still studying and therefore I did only a few small projects and just a single one I got paid for.
Thanks for the clarification in this case :)
Since he at least didn't deny the accusations this fosters the believes in his guilt.
For this case it's fine then. However, I tried to make a more general statement in my post before, since the zeitgeist tends to prejudgements nowadays, which also was a thing in the middle ages and does more harm than good.
Although I agree with you that if it's definitely like the presumed victims say I just want to remember that often people are called out for base motives. Since I live in germany I remember the case of Kachelmann, who due to false claims of rape lost everything from his job to his freedom of a half years worth and much of his friends and family - because of a lie.
So for me this means that I wait for the judges to decide. Before he's found guilty it's nothing more than gossip to me, although this is a rather unpopular opinion I guess.
