That doesn't work for Google Authenticator. Apps can opt-out of being able to be backed up, which even prevents adb/helium backups (unless you're rooted).

It can only serve one connection at a time, so if you're using it to serve a file download or have multiple users accessing it simultaneously it'll hang for all other clients.

Regarding exporting OTP settings: My solution was to use Titanium Backup on the Google Authenticator app, extract secret keys from that data, use them to create GA-compatible setup QR codes for each account, and save those QR codes in KeePass.
You could likely do something similar with FreeOTP, once that's done you can easily restore your codes without root. (And from then on be sure to save any future setup QR codes you use.)

Re:Dropbox Pro – 1 TB for $99/year

I'd recommend Office 365 Home Premium. It includes 5 user accounts, each getting 1TB of OneDrive storage and access to the full MS Office Suite. The retail price is $99/year, but you can typically find discounts, e.g. here it's $70/year http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/917386-REG/microsoft_6...
The native integration with Windows 8 is also quite nice. If you're not on Windows it still might be worth considering just based on price alone (especially if you use MS Office).

'WhatColor' is a nice and simple Windows app that names the color under the cursor. http://www.hikarun.com/e/
