My gateway photo was Cabbage Field by Simone Nieweg

I'm building it because I have an analogue delay and an an analogue tremolo which each take tap tempo input I want to be able to slave them simultaneously to my DAW (Reaper). I could only find one product (Disaster Area Designs micro.clock) which seems to readily do what I want, and it is hard to find and expensive.
The software side has been pretty easy for me, now I am just troubleshooting the Arduino -> relay connection as currently it is not behaving.
I'll probably sling the code and other docs on Github at some point :)
It's _so_ janky but in my mind way more immersive for reasons I just can't fully explain, though they are something to do with the fact that good comms is the key to fun and success. It's also got a pretty major learning curve...

My suggestion is that had you endured S1 fully, you might have felt S4 had risen to a higher level than "ok". That's not to say I begrudge you skipping through S1 ... I'd probably have done the same if I'd come across it in recent years as opposed to however many years ago it was.
I'm not trying to change your mind really, but yeah - I think the value that you hear about in the characters and plot arise from the many small nuances which build up slowly over time.
Also I read JMS' autobiography [1] which added enlightening context
[1] J. Michael Straczynski, Becoming Superman: My Journey From Poverty to Hollywood
With season 4, I believe what happened is that towards the start of production JMS was told there would be no S5 after all, so he put all of S4 and S5 into S4 ... but then there was an S5 after all!
Same goes for adults. I'd advocate for Linux to some of my friends & family but not others.
Kids are all individuals!! Parenting should be flexible and personal.
KRK seem to have grilles on theirs, but I want something with a flatter sound.
Any HN'ers out there got any tips?
My achilles heel, which is similar, but not the same, is attempting to over-optimise, to the detriment of myself and people around me. I have learnt that sometimes it is ok/best to act with little consideration. Usually it's worth quickly assessing what the worst case scenario is - if it's missing a flight, maybe it's good to apply some detailed analysis. If it's being 15 minutes late too the pub - maybe just get on with life and see what happens. It's a really difficult and pervasive behaviour though, which I find some people cannot understand. I can't go upstairs or downstairs at home without briefly wondering if there is some item that should be elsewhere (washing, scattered toys etc) that I could carry with me. I can't switch a light off without doing a quick evaluation of how long it will be until needs to be back on, and therefore whether or not it is in fact worth turning it off. Gah!
load, save and save as all cause JS errors like `window.showSaveFilePicker is not a function`. I am using Brave (Chrome compatible things tend to work in Brave).
Fwiw I tried Ubuntu desktop a few times before settling on Manjaro/Arch about 4 years and and it never clicked for me (though I'll happily use Ubuntu servers).
On the same visit to the V&A I also saw some of Bernd and Hilla Becher's work (water towers etc) which has since sent me on a journey of discovery of The Dusseldorf School of Photography. The style of some photographers from this genre (especially the Bechers, Andreas Gursky, Candida Höfer) may well appeal to anyone interested in industrial photography, while perhaps not strictly of the same genre. I am headed to a small Candida Höfer exhibition in London this weekend. Definitely have been enjoying this particular rabbit hole immensely!
I - like OP - use JSON Resume [1]. Besides that I just have a Github Action which creates a PDF and also updates a web-based version [2] hosted in AWS S3. My favourite thing about this setup is that if I want to make a small change I can just log in to Github and commit a quick edit in the repo [3] through Github's web-based UI A new PDF is generated and the web-based version being updates automatically.

"Faq's" in the top menu does not need the apostrophe and "lets" on the frequently asked questions page needs an apostrophe. So all in all, you don't need to acquire any new apostrophes, you can just move the one you already have in "Faq's" to between the t and the s in the "lets". Result!
Pro tip: clicking through to individual results is probably the most interesting thing you can do. At some point I'll look at the aggregated data collected over the whole period. I'm curious to see which were the most fleeting autocomplete results.
