Re:Spotify’s Discover Weekly: How machine learning finds new music

One thing I want in Spotify recommendation engine is proper multilingual support. I have a varied/eclectic taste in English/Hindi/Punjabi music that spans decades and there are many sub-sub-genres that Discover Weekly doesn't capture. It keeps recommending me Telugu/Tamil song, probably based on beats, but I cannot understand them haha

I would love to hear more about this "legalize one side of the corruption" proposed solution. Can you elaborate?
The article is lengthy but ultimately boils down to what one of the other comments mentioned: Game theory predicts that corruption is inevitable when only a subset of the population is empowered to enforce societal norms. Hence, the only way to eliminate corruption is by empowering all of the members of a society to enforce societal norms.

Nice! I started making a python radio that used pydub and transcribed text (just like this) from different sources few years ago, but abandoned it prematurely. I'll look at your code, hopefully will kickstart it again! Thanks!

For using black holes as a potential energy source, we have to find it first. There are a lot of potential candidates for black holes (binary stars, center of our galaxy), but we still haven't seen any direct evidence of their existence.
