I think this is more to do with Russian tech sector trying to push their products, instead of Western ones.

Uber - Yandex(russian alternative) etc.

Honestly, i am a bit sceptical.

In my opinion the super hype over Javascript is because of it's simplicity(compared to GO for example).

It is already very hard to find a decent backend developer, if the frontend is written in backend language like GO, it kind of makes it worse.

I don't know. Personally as a nerd, this makes me excited, but from the business perspective in current time, seems like a bad deal.

Yeah, but sshfs has been working pretty slow to me.

There is actually this neat hack you can use(if you use VIM) with rsync.

https://github.com/IvRRimum/rsync-vim

I know it's kind of Hacky, but the performance improvement is worth it IMO.

0%. I work as a upwork freelancer. More precisely by hourly rate and upwork desktop app takes screenshots at random times, so i can't really browse HN and other sites. But I will tell you honestly, i don't want to go back to normal work. I get shit done( there is also that "gambler" feeling, when you see how much money you earn each week ) and in good quality( I get reviews from my clients, so i can't code bad either ).

So yeah, a hour paid is a hour worked.

I literary need this right now. THANKS! Other tools are too over-thought( lets you draw your own icon ). I needed something simple.
