Both of these projects have completely different purposes and use cases.

Have you even read the first line of the readme of the project you're commenting on?

I want to pay for Kagi, but it's priced way too high (for me). Would love it if they implemented Purchasing Power Parity (PPP).

Your landing page is extremely resource-intensive and scrolling is super choppy & annoying. Not a good first impression.

That rhymes really well.

True. I know they can bear enough weight for a couple of adults, at least.

I remember my father telling the story of how he drove one of these trucks across the country in his early twenties, hauling sugarcane. He would sleep on the crown at night.

I recently noticed something similar, while optimising my e-commerce website.

I went with:

  <link rel="icon" href="data:;base64,AAABAAEAEBAQAAEABAAoAQAAFgAAACgAAAAQAAAAIAAAAAEABAAAAAAAgAAAAA
  AAAAAAAAAAEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
  AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
  AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
  AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA">

Renders a black square, everywhere except Safari. The black square actually goes with the brand.

Agreed. The typography, the colors, everything is very well done IMO.

Also the content; I have read almost every article since I clicked on this link.

I gave thirty bees (https://thirtybees.com) a shot for my latest e-commerce project, and couldn't be happier. I am really enjoying the default theme. The default checkout system wasn't to my liking, so had to pay for a better checkout module.

I don't understand how they're demonstrating a responsive grid framework with a non-responsive demo.

My guess is doing that will not be in their best interest.
