Who I am: Senior Backend / Java Engineer with 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years building payment and financial systems. I work mainly on the backend problems that sit behind the money movement: transaction processing, payment APIs, card and wallet services, settlement, reconciliation, financial ledgers and banking integrations.
I’ve led backend teams, owned integrations with multiple banking and fintech partners including NIBSS, and worked extensively with distributed systems where idempotency, resilience and performance are not optional.
What I am looking for: Full-time Senior Backend Engineer or Senior Java Engineer roles.
Best fit: Fintech, payments, financial infrastructure or product teams solving interesting distributed-systems and transaction-processing problems. I’m happiest where I can contribute to architecture, stay close to the code and own problems through to production.
