You just need one teacher who acts as a supervisor. And another group that sets the curriculum. No need to actually teach for the most part.

Tbf its really not that big of a deal.

First people have to be taught to use it, for that 3.5 is decent.

I guess its like your grandma using Google, vs as a working professional using Google.

I guess organisations move slow.
