It's called job security :)

Is this about my comment about Calif being the ones who found the vulnerability and not OpenAI? Am I wrong?
Calif found the vulnerability, not OpenAI

there are more and more cars that close to that price, look at kia ev3, or ioniq 3, or BYD
My understanding is that the switch to hybrid was to get rid of needing to refuel during a race, since that is dangerous. The 50/50 split is new this year, but they're already working on fixing that for next year. But even then, they had to reduced the number of laps because otherwise they would need to re-engineer the entire car to allow more fuel.
Ah, yes, because the software on road cars is so much better.

The amount of times I had to turn off and on again my dad's Skoda because the screen was stuck on "loading user profile".

In the first race of the season, his team-mate was taken out before the race started because his car gave him more power than he was expecting all of a sudden. Similar things have happened multiple times this year.

I much prefer a mouse (I use the MX Vertical) to a trackpad for long periods of time at my desk.

Cmd+Scroll for zoom in/out, Ctrl+Left/Right arrows to switch spaces. It's not a fun as the trackpad, but those are things i don't do that often.

Gruber really doesn't like any EU regulation

An in the EU at least there are laws that fine companies that don't take security seriously.

What GPU can I buy with >100GB of memory?
it seems to be a different strain (and it's not a new one, I think)
Re:Ombudsman column: The Pentagon is trying to silence me on Wednesday May 06, 2026 @04:26AM (#48033709)
Where is there a problem in Europe?

I if want to go to the US on the other hand, I need to give them my social media accounts. That doesn't sound like free speech to me

I was also afraid of that, but I actually really liked the recent videos.
What about nuclear?

I really doubt those tools are good for anything

If I were in college, that would make sense, but I like to spend evenings with my family.

+1 for the podcast.

I would try to apply but as far as I know they require 4 hours overlap with PST which excludes Europe

Car manufacturers are required to add features to make it less likely that cars kill babies.

What would happen if Volvo made a special baby-killing model with extra spikes?
