I couldn't find a link to the source code.

Are they still pushing the "security through obscurity"?

Peru's experience with a President with a math degree didn't go that well
DRM protection schemes usually don't rely on TPM, the real magic happens inside your GPU and the monitor.

Re:Why Nigeria accepted GMOs on Tuesday October 28, 2025 @02:53AM (#45729837)
When you buy hardware that goes rogue you're forced to throw it away and install something new, which costs money for hardware and labor.

When a GMO goes rogue you can just buy a different seed the next planting season, which you were going to do anyway.

I had the same problem with my Samsung fridge and while trying to fix it I stumbled upon the world of third party "samsung defroster clip" that you can find on online stores. Which suggests that the problem is so widespread to spin up a whole new industry for a 5 bucks piece of metal.

Quick summary: the biggest electricity provider in the country (ENEL) made an app (Juicepass) to find and manage their charging stations across the country. The Android Auto functionality of the app has been rejected by Google for non disclosed "security concerns while driving". The antitrust ruled out it was because Google wanted to sabotage competitor apps to the charging stations finder built-in in the Google Maps app. On top of the fine Google will need to provide the SDK to integrate their app with Android Auto.
That number too.
To my surprise the airplane was pretty much unbroken from the outside.
