I really like this, but I wish I could write my own questions. For example -
1. Do you offer a 4d work week? 2. Do you offer parental leave? How much? How long after starting do you become eligible for it? 3. How many days of PTO do you get per year?
I imagine that some of these questions are pretty specific to me, hence my hope that you could add custom questions.

Curious about the downvote. I've heard this argument before -- what's the problem with it?

Actually the reaction is quite similar. As in, people here in Boston often say somewhat sarcastically: "but what about global warming?!" Their meaning, though, is "you'd have to be ignorant to not understand that what we're seeing is probably a result of climate change." This conversation occurs as we exchange knowing sighs over 8' snow banks.
I know you probably meant that as a diss on vim, but for a long time that was the only vim command I knew. I felt more comfortable exploring files in editors and vim was the only editor available on the servers. The first two dozen times, I had to google the :q!

even just some error bars would help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Error_bar
They're typically used for confidence intervals or standard error, but you can theoretically use them with any measure of variability as long as you're clear.
