Well you are free to do things but not at the cost of pollutions.
Yeah, even Cancer isn’t black / white. That concentrated mass showing up on your CT scan might have a chance to be co-living peacefully for the rest of your life. And removing them is actually causing your body more harms.

Re:The Product-Minded Software Engineer (2019) on Saturday April 10, 2021 @11:06AM (#26761984)
The article mentioned a very nice point that I find is true for my experience: you can make product trade-off in favour of engineering if you know your product well.

Being able to explain business people why a certain feature is crap made my day job a lot easier than it could have been.

Re:Let's Get Right to Repair Passed – Louis Rossmann on Monday April 05, 2021 @09:24PM (#26706952)
The best story was when some kids called up to his center, asked him why his Macbook are not booting. Louise was very amazed by the fact that this kid gave him a full step-by-step of what diagnosis he has done so far, showing technical adept and the will to put in the work himself. In context: Lots of the time people just call Louise saying they have a problem and expect him to guide them for free over the phone.

He then invited the kid to his workshop and personally guide the kid through the reparation of his Macbook ( under parent’s supervision of course ).

I use xsel : ./command | xsel -ib
Spreadsheet processing and coding up customized formula could cost a lot of time I imagine, it could require a technical programmer with experience using the software.
As an interviewee, I’ll try to bring this point up if I ever got stuck, thanks !
As I remember from my A Level Chemistry, a principle of Chemistry is that to chemically break the bond of a chemical, the new products need to be forming a “stronger bond” than the ingredents. Otherwise the ony method left is to bombard the chemical in side a particle accelerators.

Thank you, I got a good laugh out of “republicon”
Obviously he and his mother has already paid for in taxes, zero cost here is in the sense that the cost is not going to eat into their current savings. While in the US you paid taxes and can still potentially go bankrupt if you have major diseases.
I want to chip in here and say that accouting for limited resources in an economic model is definitely useful, because the negate ( not accounting for limited resources ) has led to the environmental disaster that we find ourselves in right now.
Re:Why does an A note sound different across instruments? on Monday March 01, 2021 @08:50PM (#26310978)
Very interesting, since the artificial “ghost” note is at a lower frequency, would they essentially become an “undertone” ?
Martin Kleppman has been writing quite a lot about auto merge data types.
Re:Taking a Stand in the War on General-Purpose Computing on Wednesday February 24, 2021 @12:43AM (#26246996)
Maybe I would try to rewrite the article in a less condescending tone, then share that instead.
Please also show how the parent might misunderstanding the article instead of just telling them off.

I’m reading Plato and this might look fun to try out.
