News for hackers. Stuff that matters.

Protesters are the normal jille-jaunes and teenagers, throw in the typical French burning tyres, smashing cars etc, nothing new.

The looting is mainly the immigrants.

French riot police aren’t great at dealing with protests — and they protesters know this, so the protests escalate rapidly then throw in looting and you end up with a massive mess
I’m immune to a trillion dollar brainwashing industry. It’s everyone else that is manipulated which makes it so valuable.
Pick pocket then. Or shop list. Steal someone’s $700 car and you’re fine, steal a Mercedes and the full force of the law comes down.
So mug a rich person, deal with it. Mug a normal person and ignore it.
Re:There isn't an easy exploit for this PHP vulnerability on Thursday October 22, 2026 @04:26AM (#50192719)
The panic yesterday was “shut down now until the patch comes out as it’s already being exploited”

Where are the mass successful exploits? Why is this different to any other patch?

Which POC did you get running against a vanilla unmodified php server. Which server, which OS?

I think I’ve identified every device on my internal networking running php, but I’d love a reliable poc I could poc that I could run before someone starts lateral movements.

If it’s easy to exploit then it should be easy to find a POC

And by choosing a single point of failure for their entire company they live with the consequences.

They then say they are colocating. Something everyone and his dog did as a hobby 25 years ago.

MTLS would do the job, but you still just need one compromised customer.

But phones still get bigger. Current phones are far larger than the phones from 2020 and those were larger than those from 2010.
99.999% of the point of cars is to use them on public roads
You do regulate cars so they don’t have spinning blades on the front or flamethrowers from the sides.
Release it open source in the first place
Release the server code, job done.
The purpose is to see faults in the simulated system, not in the simulating system.

When? Renting is far harder now than it was 20 years ago, even without right to rent checks. References, guarantors etc.
That’s odd as I do that quite successfully with my kids.

Parental controls are far superior to Microsoft and epic.

Mine was 7 but I had it fur 5 years.

I also remember my compuserve id which lasted a mere 6 months over 30 years ago, And that was 10 digits.

I’m in Europe

There two possibilities. One is that our leaders being very secret about its fight back against the “hybrid war”. That seems unlikely given how many governments there are

The other is that there’s nothing much being done other than continued support of a democratic country that was invaded. The auS used to do that too during the Cold War, but that’s all ended now and the west hasn’t really groked it yet.

I don’t get this claim that’s been repeated so much, given everyone can personally see the evidence (service over oceans, Antarctica etc)
My starlinks in Central Asia emerge from Bulgaria, 2,500 miles away.
And there are people losing the same amount. I don’t get why people would use these markets as rigged as they are, other than using them to steer outcomes. (Bet 1b that Poland will attack Russia and that gives an incentive for someone to take that bet and stop it happening. Or vice versa.)
Also a warning of why depending on individuals more powerful than entire countries is dangerous

But nobody will pay attention because it’s more profitable that way.

The US government does so why would anyone else care.
> Ukraine started

Nothing. Your master did with his 3 day invasion.

After being chopped up and bundled with safe loans being mixed with non safe loans so nobody has any idea what’s being bought.

Where have I heard this before.
