As much as I’d like them not to lose, they are going to have a hard time here, since they basically disassembled the whole game and posted it on GitHub.

Stop trying to get the government involved in everything. It’s not Apple’s fault someone is stalking you using their technology.

I like this. If that’s the case, it proves the free market works. You don’t need regulations when corporations can strongarm one another.

Ivermectin is completely safe (even if it doesn’t work). The rest of treatments, well, we will know in a few years or decades.

That seems a problem with RTP more than with wireless connections.

A burst of packet loss that doesn’t translate into at least a disconnection of current TCP streams is, by definition, not a disconnection.

That’s false. If it happens to you, get better wireless equipment.

Re:Ask HN: Could VSCode be the new Emacs?

It works well, but online tutorials have instructions that don’t necessarily work on Windows. Some of the most popular plugins (or whatever you call them in Emacs) don’t work well on Windows either.
Re:Ask HN: Could VSCode be the new Emacs?

I’ve wanted to switch to emacs for a long time, but it feels like a second or third class citizen on Windows. There are many guides online on how to prepare it to be used as an IDE for different programming languages but it all breaks down when you try to follow the guides on Windows.
On the other hand vscode is first class, or almost.

Is this correct? Would indexing the columns instead of moving the values to another table lead to the same increase in performance?
