ha-ha-ha

In many places HR is just a dump for unproductive people that can't be fired.

Hah, very interesting.

On the other hand companies generally put their very best developers on new products and features - i.e. writing those first 1000 lines. While the mediocre devs get to extend and maintain those products/features, by copy paste or what got you.

It can be squashed easily - declare it an illegal, terrorist financing activity; send a few guys to Guantanamo and the 80% of the population, that matter, won't touch it.

Hmmm, there are a lot of opinions and not many hard fact on this topic.

The majority of cultures and religions in human history shared the opinion that in general lending for interest leads to instability.

Well, one can say that a bank giving a loan in a fractional reserve banking system is printing money.

Heil Netanyahu!

Very interesting. Maybe you're just in the wrong environment, where there's nothing to motivate you. I live in a small, 200 or so people, village. I know everybody here and not a single one has this kind of a problem.

This is probably a silly suggestion, but you can buy say a very expensive car on a loan. That way you'll have two choices:

a) work hard

b) be lazy now and have a ton of problems later - bankruptcy, no where to sleep, etc.

Your brain motivation circuitry will probably choose the easier option - a)

I wish people would spend a few hundred hours thinking about, discussing and implementing a feature, before posting critique opinions.

Clearly, the bankster have privatized and corrupted the political system long time ago.
