Thatch is a startup on a mission to build a healthcare system people love. We're combining the latest innovations in fintech with recent legislation in the healthcare space to take a new approach to health benefits. We're seeing traction with companies of all sorts of shapes and sizes across the country, so we're scaling up our team to meet the increasing demand. We're also lucky to be backed by world class VCs (a16z, Index, General Catalyst, and more). We've built up a particularly talented group of engineers who've been drawn to our high trust, high autonomy culture, and I think you might be a great fit!
