Re:Getting debug access on a Brother printer over Telnet on Thursday October 29, 2026 @05:00AM (#50286254)
I was digging around an epson receipt printers firmware recently; got as far as discovering http endpoints (hardcoded auth) to remotely enable ssh (but not login), and some other diagnostic access. They seem fairly well put together.
500 hours; sorry, we increased the price after streaming became the only option.

I often call them by their title, "Staff Engineer" ;)
Roughly, zero. Stimulants are not a fun dependency, come with a bucket list of side effects and downsides, and only mitigate one aspect of ADHD.

They link https://github.com/terminatorul/NvStrapsReBar in the repo which does what you want for 2000 series cards. Start there, burn some credits.

Tempted to see if this will work on the work dell laptop, which hardware supports rebar, but Dell just can't be assed to enable it - use an external ARC GPU to properly support 3 screens (again, Dells awful drivers / firmware - the same hardware supports 3 screens just fine).
We elected a central-left government, and somehow ended up with center right. Its deeply frustrating.
I'm hoping Rider get some support for switching between worktrees efficiently - until then, it becomes a tool only the primary / interactive agent sessions can access.

Better running metrics. Maps. On-device routing. Longer battery life.
It has encryption.

As with most things LLM, you can generally get what you want by asking for it (maybe not efficiently, but so it goes). "Once you have a answer, please summarize, and ask an agent to convert it to plain English" often helps.
Its a bit unkind to talk like this - the obvious and equally unproductive response is to question if you are really as good as you think you are. Are those junior developers not making a mess, or do you lack the insight to see it?

Those SRE people live on excitement, its basically a gift ;)
Its hard for native speakers. Information density makes for rough reading.

The bullshit will continue until the grifters move on to something else. If you can figure out what that is, you'll make some serious bank!

People who are voluntary philanthropists tend not to amass fortunes.

Surely that reinforces the argument - there are now a million LOC in a different language, needing stunning amounts of work to validate it actually functions? Writing the code has never been the bottleneck.
Ublock origin blocks the ads entirely on Firefox.
Its the same people. They didn't just up and vanish, they just moved over to AI!
I'm not aware of a limit in my current role. There is, however, a leaderboard.

I used a tool called ArtMoney; apparently still actively developed and sold from an .ru domain.
That seems to be correct. You can see the hours disclosure here: https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/organizations/460...

Re:Google Broke reCAPTCHA for De-Googled Android Users on Friday May 08, 2026 @11:03PM (#48071402)
I agree, wholeheartedly - lets get a list of the google engineers who worked on this. What do you propose we do with it?
Probably not hellbanned, maybe spam filters gone wrong. I vouched them back into the land of the living :)
I doubt many people here download any ads in a day.
The world? There is one country supplying the weapons and funding.
Re:GitHub Stacked PRs on Monday April 13, 2026 @05:39PM (#47758167)
If I'm following correctly, the conflicts arise from other commits made to main already - you've implicitly caught branch A up to main, and now you need catch branch B up to main, for a clean merge.

I don't see how there is any other way to achieve this cleanly, it's not a git thing, it's a logic thing right?
