Sometimes it's hard to differentiate whether it's a human, a robot, or a human whose mind is far gone. I can understand the sentiment of "the joy of programming is gone" but for me it's not from a personal lack of daily coding but from a surrounding dispassion towards the craft under the guise of better ergonomics or productivity. Never before is actual behavior irrelevant while the blame game when said behavior turns out to be wrong gets really sour very quickly.
This is more of a "in the hands of x" kind of situation where it's perhaps too early to make a general statement. But being constantly gaslit will definitely be the end of me some day, I can feel my sanity slipping.
to make my point clear, complexity is the enemy of security but complexity comes in all shapes and sizes, which includes the alleged solutions to it. I don't trust shortcuts.
Women are perhaps the closest distant group that gets undeserved presuppositions thinly-veiled and anecdotal pseudoscience.
The point is that most non-labor intensive jobs don't have such a hard gender preference. Without the loss of generality, my family tree of Soviet citizens were able to be chemists, engineers, doctors, and now software devs just fine. I fail to recognise what IT or playing chess is different to warrant such a huge discrepancy, something doesn't add up.
The fact that discriminating is short-sighted when it come to employment tells me of a deprecated conceptual model that I doubt can truly be resolved through fixing IT alone,
to be blunt, the problem is old because the actions are ineffective.

Usually, by providing a short complement "sets the mood" of the conversation making the generated response. As a human being, I can see how this eats away ~2 tokens in boththe prompt and response, and should be improved.
My suspicion is that this sort of introduction is nearly hard-coded into the machine. I would suggest trying to use a setup prompt if one were to speak the words of encouragement to be clear of any suspicion that the prompter may be irritated by an incorrect response.
