Citroen produce the DS5 Hybrid 4[1] which is a diesel-electric hybrid. I presume it's just not available in the US.

Good article but he makes the same mistake I did at first with foldl and foldr by saying they fold from the left and right respectively. Which leads to the mistaken thinking that foldr can't operate on infinite lists (it absolutely can, foldl can't).
It's better to think of them as left- and right-associative.
